I'm starting to feel vividly that my teacher is part of something horrible and magical I cannot quite make out, I'm being tested but can't figure out the rules, and something terrible is going to happen if I fail. I don't know what to do, whether to ask him if this is true. I have started to act strange, anxious, laughing too much, and made a joke that came out unusually mean. Ugh. How do I grab okay interactional abilities when everything feels disjointed.

Hiya. What are you studying that involves this teacher? You have written this in the psychosis forum so I presume that is what you fear. What you describe above could be down to a number of things and not just psychosis so don't panic unnecessarily on that front.

Feeling disjointed is not pleasant. Its so hard to find your way through a day in a clear cut manner. I think you need to perhaps see a doctor and get some help. Jot down your ideas and what is happening to you and take that with you and tell them.
