I’m new to posting so please bare with me. My anxiety and Depression seems to peak/take hold in the the night. I find it really hard to just switch of an fall asleep. My mind begins to race. Does anyone else feel this way if so do you have any advice I think it may be due to being over tired if that makes any sense. Like when I have had a late night the night before seems like I just can’t stop overthinking.
