I've mentioned this before on here. I usually feel relaxed during the evening and fall asleep. After a few hours of sleep I start getting vivid dreams. Sometimes I can get back to sleep again. Other times I hear random conversations, words, or sounds. Then my anxiety starts again. This gets frustrating when it happens. I've asked for help and everyone including professionals has a different opinion. I've heard it's normal, a sleep disorder, stress, or possibly schizophrenia. I work so hard with trying to feel less anxious about what I'm dealing with. Then the symptoms come out of nowhere again.
