You think everything is fine
and then you get knocked back
sometimes by your friends
And it puts you in a bad place

I went out to see a friend (who had cancelled a meeting up yesterday)
And it was all about theatre politics instead of a nice discussion

Then I suggested going somewhere else where the bar was still open
and he declined - wanted to chat to someone about her child and go for a curry - neither of which I would consider - specially since I've already had tea.
So I came home alone

Very dissatisfactory evening

The only human contact I have had today.

I know, it's pathetic really
I go out and expect the discussion to be about me
And if it isn't I get upset

But then I haven't had any kind of conversation since Thursday morning

I know that one, you start to miss having a good conversation with another human being after a few days. Short chats with checkout assistants don't really count, they're like a bubblegum to keep the jaw moving while real conversation about a range of topics is a proper meal.

I think I am a bit sensitive at the moment.
I went to the cinema to see 'Moomins on the Riviera' and I was shaking while watching it.
That isn't really expected of a gentle, whimsical film like that.

Makes me think perhaps I should limit what I watch at the moment - keep it light and gentle.

So I guess I'll have to leave the horror movie I wanted to see tonight until a later date :(

It's time I went and made tea.
Then I will probably sit down and watch a nice film (not the horror film)
I think I have some films on the digibox.

I am so stressed today.
So many things need to be done.
I have to put in my grant application today - I think

(There is the possibility of delaying it, but that might make it less likely to be granted)
I'm cracking up

You're much stronger than you think, I always discover that I have extra reserves just when I think it will become really difficult.

Firstly don't watch horror films they are nasty evil things!!!! Thats my take on them and plus they scare the shit out of me lol

I don't know why people would want to watch such horrific stuff, too much horrific stuff happens already in real life, people are getting desensitised and that isn't a good thing.

Hope u r ok shaky today

I was reading up about the Amityville Horror last night. I found a photo that supposedly had a kids ghost in it. Really freaked me out, and I was terrified in my bed. Put the covers over my head and had the light on. But now I think it was a hoax.

Seemingly people still live there, and nothing has happened.

I'm worried I'm going to crack up soon
I was driving too fast tonight - one of the signs I am becoming unwell.
