Hi Friends, I have had a rough day due to triggers. I haven't had an episode regarding them in years. I am so angry and aggitated. Any ideas how to work through them? Any advice would be welcome.

hi brownidgirl

ive been quite organised about my triggers at times
some years back there was a thing called a wrap plan
which I worked through with a support worker

I cant remember it all accurately
but I think it was basically a plan of how to deal with them
and useful to see them listed, gave me hope
that I would identify them faster before they take hold

of course there are times when I will be caught out by them
because I dont have bullet proof glass

Thank you. Right now I can't seem to get in w/ any mental health workers due to this Covid-19 thing and I'm learning that I have them. I hadn't had anything similar to this in years. It was issues w/ my Mom. My Mom's been dead for over 7 years now. Idk. It's all so foreign and new to me again. Thank you so much for responding. I will have to research the wrap plan.
