Hi...I tried to covertly spy on my yearly review with my cpn and psychiatrist yesterday.

I bought a voice recorder switched it on and left it in my pocket.

A couple of minutes into the meeting, it started to squeal and make loud noises.

Then it started to loudly echo what the people were saying in the room, while I sat sheepishly in front of them.

They all looked at each other wondering what the hell it was as I struggled to find the off button.

I'm afraid my days as a covert intelligence operative are numbered. :p

Aha! The same happened to me a few years ago, when I had cause to see my notes a few months later, my cpn had noted that she and my consultant felt sure that they were being recorded! I think I've learned from the experience...no more recording!!
