I havent taken it. I was offered it a couple of months ago but refused it because I think it is quite sedating. Think it helps with sleep though

I was prescribed it for insomnia and it made my anxiety a lot worse and sent me onto a depressed state. It didn't help me sleep either. It helps some people with sleep but there are better options than trazodone.
