Hi could anyone tell me if they’ve ever been on above tablets ? I’ve just been given a prescription of psychiatrist to try for a week . In a little scared of trying them and wondered if anyone here have been in them r currently taking them . I have eupd also suffer with depression and insomnia any advice would be much appreciated

Trazadone is very widely used, nothing to be afraid of. At worst you’ll feel foggy and groggy the next day, or the dose will be too low and nothing will be different. At best you get a solid night’s sleep, so you are better able to deal with the day.

Hi. I take it every night for insomnia. I find it very mild compared to other sleep meds and at a low dose, you may not notice side effects.

Trazodone is on the hypnotics class of drugs, not a risk for dependency. It's not a tranquilizer, not a Benzodiazepine or Z drug like Ambien. Be cautious with alcohol or other drugs while taking Trazadone until you know how you react.

I take 100 mg at night to sleep. Was groggy at first but as said above I find it quite mild

I will start it tomorrow and hopefully it will agree with me just worried about side effects main one being weight gain thankyou so much for your comments you really have helped put my mind at rest

I also suffer with insomnia so good if it helps me sleep thanks for your advice
