TCM

I have used TCM and have studied it as part of an aromatherapy course. I am not crazy about Chinese herbal medicine though I don't doubt it is probably effective, it's just not pleasant to take! But I think acupuncture can be effective and I do think shiatsu and acupressure work well. I believe in the theory of energy meridians which it is all based on.

The best thing for any problem is a cup of green tea!:tea:

I use acupuncture and chinese herbal remedys, maybe it's all placebo but i think it helps, my gp arranged for the acupuncturist to come to his surgery though you have to pay and at the moment i'm her only patient.

I think in a lot of cases it comes down to the expertise and experience of the practitioner, i'd probably not be impresssed if it was offered cheap by mind
