I’m struggling a bit, something has triggered me and I won’t go into it in detail because it was my own mistake for looking.... but basically I’ve started exercising now and I’m getting a bit obsessed. I’ve done 3 hours walking. 1 hour ring fit and barely eaten. I can’t get body image ideas out of my head... can anyone reassure me or talk me out of this as I think it’ll lead to a dark path... again.
