How can I help myself gain energy to do simple tasks such as everyday things when I have absolutely no energy to even move? In the past year I have gained 40 pounds because of my depression and lose of energy. I have no motivation for anything anymore and the worst part of it all is that I feel like I am drained. What are some things I could do to help with this energy lose?

Hi,
Get your bloods checked as both anaemia and low vit D can cause tiredness, hope you feel better very soon.
Take care

Thanks for the replies. I had my blood checked and everything was good. Guessing its my mood that is affecting my energy levels.

Yeah, I have been on one medication for my depression for 2 years now but it is only recently that I have been feeling so tired. In past 6 months I can barely get enough energy to walk.

Maybe your medication needs changing.
Sometimes we become resistant and it stops working.
Or maybe raising the dose, or adding another.

Just ideas from personal experience.
