HI all,

I have been very shattered as of late, today in fact; therefore, I have since felt and I'll re boot me, only to travel to my day centre once in the week, and any volunteering in the future for once in the week too, as arrive into the Saturday afternoon, from the late morning, I am extremely shattered, allowing for travel to and from the day centre or places of volunteering, and back, again, and then repeat it, later on in the week.

By attending and travelling to day centre twice in the week, only there was something on specifically I was interested in, on Tuesday, doesn't leave me much time for anything else such as, working out to my fitness dvds, in at home on a Thursday.

It's unfortunate, that the day centre itself is where it is, and that does mean I have to travel from my home area along way, to get there, and along way to get back.

Now on a previous medication, Olanzapine, that and the travelling to the day centre really did tire me out, by the mid week, however, on Aripipazole, I'm not so bad now, don't become very tired until on the Friday night or Saturday, if I go to my day centre twice a week.

Also being Friday, means house chores, so I was busier helping around th ehouse for my father too. Physically, I felt worn out. Anyway, I feel for the forseeable future, I'll only attend my day centre once on a week; note, there is a fitness co-ordinator now working for the movement, and she's only based at a particular location on a Thursday, so that means if at all travelling back there on a Thursday for a group run by her, or to have a meeting with her, so I'll plan only to travel to there on a Thursday on a week, if need be, not twice.

At the moment, now, I'm not too bad, though I had forgotten, I did make up a B vitamin support drink, last night, and I informed somewhere on the forums, that can have me feel sleepy longer the following day, and or I'll have trouble sapping out to be with it more, by the late morning, meaning I'm with it more, during an afternoon.

Don't get me wrong, I am still staying asleep, very well, that's not a problem there.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi Natalie
Is there anything else that you occupy yourself with in the day aside from the day centre?
Have you tried going for walks for example, it could help with the tiredness?

HI Vimes,

I was funnily enough just about to get an update done, regarding my tiredness.

I basically either get my knitting going done, or I'll do my cross stiching work listening to music. In the normal way of things, I would be getting a workout done, as a start up to the day, or in the late afternoon, only I couldn't workout this week, due to my sinuses problem occuring again, they're now fine, so I am hoping that, earlier in the mornings, or during the days, coming, I'll get in home workout done. The geographical problem is, that i am in North London - living in North London, and the specialist day centre is in North West of London, so on the day, I'm going to be based, there, and back takes up my time doing just that; it is the travel I find which does tire me out, and also getting to the centre on a twice a week basis.

I do also go out walking, to the shops, and then bus back, I have a or I did have a genuine problem regarding getting lost, when my illness took over me, and I had a serious problem in that I couldn't return back home normally again, eventually on a particular evening, mum and dad and brother received a call, and they had the Police round as well, they recieved a call, through their radio, confirming I had been located in at a police station, and I was origianly out on the day looking for work, however, things hadn't gone right, overall from the point of the late afternoon, early evening onwards; so really and truly I can't go out on own for long distance walking, because I could only get lost, and not find my way back again, so I would rather not risk that.

For everyone else, anyway, I have now sapped out of my tiredness today, and I have been with it more, since the late afternoon, and during the evening. relaxing doing cross stitching, or if I'm feeling irritible slightly I'll knit, and combined with the walkman on.

Now I am going through a quiet spell of volunteering notifciations, they yet to filter through I am half hoping, that into June, these will begin to pick up, and I'll get busier, with volunteering in charitiies based in the office work either data inputting, or, mailings.

Anyway, I have just come to realise that twice a week, attendance travellign to and from the day centre, again, I live in North London, and they are based in the North West of London, so the travelling does take its toll on me over twice a week, so therefore, I'll only attend once a week. That should then allow me to have some more time to get my spare time interests of working out to fitness dvds done. Which at times, I'll do even during the day, as a pep me up energy workout.

Hi all,

I have now bought, and will buy more in the near future, a brilliant energy and to help counteract tiredness and fatigue. No it's not my usual sort, in fact it has a component of iron in, and I reckon all along, apart from b vitamins which I know are essential we tend not to have so much red meat these years, so I am finding the iron component and at a safe dose, in the tiredness and fatigue drink, and to help promote more energies during the day, it also has less amount of magnesium in, so I am actually preferring this supplement for energy, and less tiredness and fatigue now. If anyone would like to pm me, I can let you have the details of the product, supermarket located in, etc. I had wondered about this one all the time, couldn't get round to it, suddenly came upon it in my local suppermarket.

Anyway, after having a decent good nights quality of worthwhile sleep, I've been and will be raring lol, to go today.

Take care all,

Natalie.

HI all,

I'm feeling more energised, less fatigued and tired, since having bought the booster supplement.i have just managed to resume a graudual (yet again gradual) build up of my in home working out. I'm fine, I did a test test workout within, and my left leg although slightly niggly not too bad now, was absolutely fine.

Hi all,

I had a very good decent quality of overnight sleep. Combined with my booster supplement, and also, I put a good few drops of my lotion for relaxation in the bath as well, the two combined, certainly helped me to stay asleep through the night and, what's more I'm feeling less irritible.

Hi all,

I have been feeling very tired as of late, recently, I think because I went to Town on Wednesday, in London, for my organisations annual event luncheon, so the travelling tired me out there and back, and also, this late week, I have been helping dad out with the housework, actually I should say, mum and dad, out with the housework, and also the weather, what with it being a raining day.

I shall be taking my booster supplement, soon, so that will help me to feel energised.

Also, I think, because I'll have deep sleep, and from about 11, waking up at around 8.30am, from a deep sleep, and I then can't sap out, and be alert for the late morning onwards, takes me virtually all day, until about 4pm, to get to be with it. And alert more.

HI Folks,

I couldn't remember for the life of me where i put about cutting back and down on caffeine intake, so I thought that as I'm talking about tiredness, fatigue, and energising, I thought I would post here;

I have been feeling slightly headachy today, partially because maybe i'm cutting back and down on caffeine intake, and also, it occurred to me, I had some ice cream, last night, ouch, so that would be a slight trigger for my sinuses to be painful. I have since the early afternoon, had a dose of a painkiller to help.

I have had earlier ontoday, my energise drink, and not long ago, I made and had a boost for wellwoman drink, to counteract tiredness and fatigue.

iam going to later on today, get a workout session, done. Which off course, will boost, energy within me.

HI all,

I have done partially a workout. I have done a couple of warm ups which include mobility standing work, and stretching. Tomorrow, or Wednesday, I'll add on aerobics. And cooldown and stretch routine.

Hi all,

I did have a headache probably via the weather, intially, and am cutting back and down on caffeine intake. Anyway, I'm much better now.

I have got more energy in me, since having done a couple of thorough warm ups routines only. I'll add on aerobics and some toning, later on during the week.

I am more energised, this evening.

I did have another bout of headache, and I needed and had a painkiller to help ease the pain up. I am now better. I'm less irritible, than as of last week, whenn on the caffeine side of things, still, and gradually have been cutting out the caffeine. I feel much happier, for that.

I might happen to even loose a bit more weihgt as well. Until, I next weigh, I don't know. That.

Hi all,

Having slept in a deep sleep for all night throiuhg, and waking up at 9 just gone this morning, I'm feeling refreshed, less irrtible, and less tired. I was extremely tired, yesterday lurking, then, I was out twice on Saturday.

Come down with a headache this afternoon, putting down due to the current spell of type of weather, come in, and predicited, and also, the fact, I have gradually cut down, and weened off caffeine intake. Cutting down dramatically on sugar levels too.

Due to the headache, I couldn't workout this afternoon, am hoping to get a workout done, tomorrow.

HI folks,

I am very less irritible this early evening. And am feeling more refreshed, than as of late, having recovered from being out twice on Saturday.

My head is now very much better, I did need to take a painkiller to help ease up the pain.

I managed just about for my 1st week cutting back and down on caffeine, and this is my 2nd week, not having caffeine completely. i am anyway on a more awake/alerting medication, not unlike how I wasn't placed on certain medication years ago, so I am much better not sleeping all morning, waking up at 11am.

I am withouit any pre booked volunteering, waking up around 9amish.
