My friend told me because of my mental health I should focus on myself. But I want to be with my boyfriend I don’t want to end it with him. It’s my decision, I know she’s trying to help but I’m just getting ROCD thoughts. Me and my boyfriend have been together for a while year now; I’m not going to end that. I will still work on myself with I’m by my side as support. Any advice?

I'm sure your friend's advice was well-meant - but only YOU know what's best for you.

If your boyfriend is supportive and makes you feel loved and secure, then he can only be an asset to you.

If he is causing you a significant level of confusion, pain or worry, then you need to re-evaluate if you should be with him.
