This is what I'm currently taking:

Quetiapine 300mg M/R
Quetiapine 100mg
Propranolol 160mg
Vortioxetine 20mg
Diazepam up to 40mg a day
Amitriptyline 10mg (don't take even though it's prescribed)

The quetiapine dose is still being increased and we have not reached a stable level yet that seems to help me enough. I'm only 19 and I have been on medication since I was 15. Has anyone else been on this combination?

Just spoke to my GP and my quetiapine has been increased to 600mg. 300mg M/R twice daily.

Why are you not taking the elavil ??

My take on this is that teenagers go through a lot of changes and shouldn't be medicated. They need therapy. They need therapy with their whole family.

Quetiapine has been increased to 700mg and the vortioxetine is being widthdrawn with the plans for 375mg venlafaxine added back in.
