I'm very confident that I'm psychotic again or having another bad episode. I think someone has hacked into my brain and is trying to make me think a certain way. It also doesn't help that I think things are staged. Also, was listening to music this morning and thought every song was sending me a message (that's probably delusional too).

You guys ever feel like someone is trying to make you think differently and trying to control you like a puppet?

For sure it sounds like a psychotic episode start. Maybe for a while you can move away from certain things that makes you think about “signs”. For example instead of listening to songs with lyrics, listen to classical music to keep you calm and distracted. Can you also be close to the nature as much as possible for a while?

My voice or 'head-mate' as I sometimes call him could make his words sound like my own thoughts and he found a way to take over control of my body so yes I believe I was his puppet completely and utterly.

Thanks to medication he can't do any of that any more.

My voice also made me feel like a song was written for me, The Seeker by The Who, but the song did lead me to a psychologist called Timothy Leary who was very helpful at the time, he taught me about the eight circuit model of consciousness.

Not personally though, he's been dead since 1996, twenty years before my psychosis.
