so I found a way to help with my psychosis while at work. I just take half of my Zyprexa. I'm not sure if that's good or not, didn't talk to anyone about it. But it really does help.
also another thing that helps (not quite as good as the Zyprexa) is chewing on pepper.

is that like beyond what your prescription says your dose is? if it's helping just ask your doc if it's okay to increase the prescribed dose.

pepper like salt and pepper or like a chili pepper?

Salt and pepper and it is. I see my psychiatrist at the end of this month so I'll ask her to up the dose

interesting! yeah i always would advise to only make med changes with a doc's approval just because medications are weird and tiny adjustments can have large (and sometimes weird) effects. but it sounds like you're being smart about it, just keep being careful
