I was told you need to give SSRI's three months.

Yes Fluoxetine took about four to five months to make a difference to me. Hope you feel better soon.

You could take this test every week, and track any changes. Sometimes we forget how bad we felt and think nothing is happening when it is.

I think in the early days, certain symptoms improve, whereas others take longer to improve.

I use this scale to help me chart my moods. It might help if you asses your mood on a scale of 1-5 each day and then you have a visible chart of how you are doing. It can help to track mood over time, seasons, and also help you spot early warning signs if you are relapsing. It is helpful for a doctor to see too.

How long did the nausea last , I’m still feeling it
I still feel sick an hour after taking my medication, and i have been taking it for years. I take it at night so it doesn't matter much.

Drink lots of water and that might help. I always eat before taking my medication too as my psychiatrist said this helps with nausea.
