1 only listening to radio 3 on the radio, a classical radio station that has no adverts
1a this is really hard but it works if you have severe voices
1b of course this applies only for being in the house
2 masturbating only after watching internet pornography
3 masturbating during the day and not at night to get me off to sleep
4 admitting telekinesis exists if you have evidence for it
5 shaving every few days so you can feel your cheeks
6 using grayscale on my laptop to relax the brain
7 avoiding the internet as much as possible because it is a dissapointment

That's about it...

It's alright to feel confused, voices most often enough tell you off for initial mis-spellings, even if you know how to spell the word.
Voices tell you short term solutions or avoid short-term pain
Don't listen to the voices telling you to hear, watch, or read what they categorise as classics. Classics are like mulch...

Over time voices start off as floating feelings as if from other worlds to stop you feeling lonely then very gradually change to instructions as if telekenetic connections are being corrupted or by clowns telling you "you only need to do x to achieve why"

Other things that help

being rebellious..writing almost no time appointments down
i write supposedly random serious of dots down
after sentence
. smile
.. grin
... act
before science
. draw breath
.. inhale
... exclaim

not looking for easy solutions
Once again, stamping down on the urge to watch classics

I sound rather drunk in that post...the voices got bad..I meant sentence, not science
