Therapist says I have Dissociative identity disorder as well as bipolar can any one relate ?

I don’t but I’ve learned about it a bit from a psych/ neuroscience stand point. I don’t have the experience part but I can understand the idea.

My psychiatrist told me i don't have the did but charateristics of it. You stare at yourself in the mirror and i can't believe that's actually me. And i get all weird about it. Or general disassociation where I'm thinking i have conversations with people and will name specific topics and details of it but that person told me we've never had that conversation beforem this happens on mulitple occasions. Diagnosed with bipolar too with mixed features.
