Whilst blitzing the garden which could be viewed as negative or positive action, I got to thinking how with me, thinking negatively doesn't take much effort!!
My pdoc is always commenting on my negative thought processes and that I need to put some greater effort in trying to think positively.
I do, on reflection, spend much of the day ruminating, and yes it doesn't take much effort...it seems to come so naturally.
What do others think about this?
