Ten minutes of mindfulness everyday has cured a lot of my problems

tamara levitt has a great meditation 10 minute video on you tube called 'present'.
Makes me feel really calm after...good to relax your mind and muscles. Stop the tension.

If I set out to practice mindfulness, I find that I have to start off by giving myself a running commentary of the things I see, feel, smell - otherwise my mind quickly wanders back to whatever is bothering me.

On the other hand - if I set out for a walk or a cycle , mindfulness seems to come much more easily as I just focus on the next step (or the next pothole when cycling)
