Hi everyone I'm new to this but hope someone can share their thoughts with me. I'm 26 healthy female don't drink or smoke I have suffered with health anxiety for the past few years spending a lot of money in tests that have all come back normal but every night as I lay and drift off to sleep I get this sudden adrenaline feeling and end up jumping up in a panic, makes my heart feel as if it's beating funny. I had a echocardiogram done recently and the cardiologist said my heart was completely fine so why do I keep getting these

Hi,
Welcome to the forum, an ECG doesn't rule out everything. Sometimes a holter test is needed, it records your heart over 48 hours or longer.
I hope you get more answers from your dr's as something is obviously wrong.
Take care

That's good it came back clear, it's probably anxiety ( panic attack). Try calming your breathing down.
I hope your anxiety settles, if it doesn't then return to your dr.
I hope your feeling better very soon.
Take care
