Does anyone know of any support groups specifically for partners of people with mental health problems?
Ideally Lincolnshire way.
Thank you

I'm a long way from you but i know that mind also supports carers. If you are a carer and your partner is with the mental health team, they can give you a carer's assessment and you could have counselling or other support. There isn't much support for the sufferer though, never mind the carer, but if you are lucky there will be something. You can go to the regular groups that people with a mental illness go to, on your own or with them. I know people who have done that for support and help with stress and anxiety. Your gp may know places or if you have a wellbeing service in your area, you can self-refer.
