Hi Folks, Hi All,

Had a sudden live panicky feeling today, this evening, mum was about to get to the larda cupboard in kitchen, and what we heard was a very loud drop, giving both my brother and i fright, quick went to investgate, now ordinarily, I wouldn't have taken my 75 dose of Pregabalin, not until later, i needed to fetch half an hour back.

I have been taking a few deep breaths, I was going to hear music via youtube, then that had happened, to give me a break from where in headphones, so I quickly switched back to headphones.

I'll settle, I'll will always retrograde back to my normal self, with resilliance in the meantime.

I migh reconsider You Tube later tonight. Not for now.

Have a better evening all,

Best Regards all

Natalie

Sudden panics are tough. I hope that things are easing now.

Thanks very much Eleison, I am now finer and calmer, since taking Pregabalin, and knitting and music listening, trying to knit, that just put me off knitting, i am for the moment, on line.

Best Regards.
