Anyone got some advice to help me get out of bed? Talking to my doctors about tapering off antidepressants because I hate the sedation and fatigue. Also advice for coming off meds?

Hi,
Do little stages get up more each day, I know it's hard.
Talk to your dr about reducing your meds slowly.
Good luck

It's hard to think about the time when I used to bounce out of bed with ease. There's a combination of factors that contribute to me sleeping 10 hours and then taking around 2 hours to get out of the room. Only time I get about of bed semi-easily is when I have work because I have a responsibility to look after people. So maybe I ask for more hours after I come off my leave? The days off are the hardest. I don't know whether working all the time would help me in the long term though

Make sure you get some rest to, or you'll burn out.
It can be hard coming of meds.
Hope you'll be okay
