I'm struggling at the moment, my medication was changed in December and my mood started lifting, however in February my dad died suddenly and a few days later I tested positive for covid, my dad then required a post Mortom to determine the cause of death and if the gp had sent him to the hospital 6 days earlier when he called them he would still be here, I am still struggling with long covid effects and feel so exhausted all the time and keep forgetting things, I'm at a point where I don't see things getting better, I feel angry, sad, tired and confused and I don't know how to deal with this as the moment, I called the national mental health line and didn't find them very useful

Im sorry, there's been times when I felt like things couldnt possibly get better and they did, I still have a lots of problems to deal with but I wanted to say hang in there, im sorry about your dad thats a terrible thing to happen, do you have a care coordinator you can talk to. Life can be very difficult at times.

I am sorry about your dad. It is normal not to feel good about covid. But you can choose to be happy. Create happy moments because happiness is a choice and you were created to be happy.

What are you good at and what do you love to do or enjoy doing? Is it cooking, baking, doing arts and crafts? Whatever it is, do it for it will make you happy and even fulfilled.
