So I have ups and downs as a result of lots of thing s wrong with me and today isn't a good day.
I wanted to tidy in the bedroom so I could get on top of things in my flat I was raring to go and now poof back to being depressed x

I use to feel this way a lot but then when I realized if I don't start doing anything nothing will change, no matter how many people try to help you it will always be up to you making that deciding factor of whether you'll do it or not. Find your own philosophy and try to see the beauty and magic in everyday things we just take for granted, life's a gift, we should experience it before its gone. I hope you start feeling better <3 sending love from around the world :)

There were a lot of times when I wanted to do something, but didn't feel like doing it. I have heard that it is important to seize the day. That is, to do the "now" things. It may be a struggle at first, but you will get used to it once you start doing a certain thing. Stephen Covey said, "Begin with the end in mind." Meaning, we should begin a task by thinking of what will be the outcome, so as to keep as motivated and going. I don't like exercising because of sweating, but when I think about the result, that I will eventually lose weight, it makes me motivated and start exercising.

It may help you to listen to good music such as the following:

Overcomer by Mandisa
Good Moring by Mandisa
Fearless by Jasmine Murray
Happy by Pharrell Williams

Those songs have helped me.

hi thanks for the advice i just get down sometimes im still a bit like it today and i dont think some of the stress im under is helping me x
