Stress and Anxiety with NightTime and Food

I had a little bit of foods I don’t normally have and I feel so anxious because of my emetophobia.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get rid of that?

At the moment no but I am going to do this with my therapist when I am ready x

Sorry cut that short. Have grandchildren this morning and one is not well. Thank goodness my hubby is here. I am never alone with them. As for myself of certain foods make me not feel well I avoid them. I also suffer GAD so this is not good. I am seeing my therapist today but at the moment can’t go through the phobia. Message me if you ever need to talk about it as I understand exactly what you are going through xx

Hi Jolly, how are you doing? I had a good week but my work and life stress caught up and I can’t sleep with horrible anxiety and panic and I feel so bloated 😣

Hi unfortunately we lost our eldest dog on Monday so not that good. Just trying to think positive with deep breathing and mindfulness to distract me from crying. So sorry you are going through what you are. Just think of the minute and not the next day x
