Hi, does anybody here feel their anxiety and stress levels more balanced through the day when you eat a big breakfast?
I have been preparing myself a low carb meal for several days now and I feel somewhat better. My sleep improved though I can't sleep early yet.

I was told by a pdoc that eating breakfast and maintaining a stable blood sugar helped with anxiety.

I can tell you with certainty that blood-sugar levels have a very considerable effect on mood and depression, at least for some of us.
