I feel like i am getting stronger and going against my fear. I am grateful that i have had some healing from the OCD rituals. I am feeling ok.
I am grateful i can work and that i enjoy it at times. I try and enjoy the day and connect a bit with people. Onwards and upwards.

Building resilience over the years and reading the warning signs. Walking seems to be a good help and talking to a friend as we walk. My dog has been a big help to me, she has helped me a lot.
Bits of therapy also helped me.
