Here we have strong gusts of wind and it's pouring down with rain. Not sure whether to risk going normal route to work or whether to go through the towns to get to work. I'll make a decision in a couple of hours.

Hi Midnight,

I was seriously wondering this, yesterday after I had read your posts, couldn't yo possibly maybe phone in offsick, due to the adverse weather, and then simply attend, tomorrow?

Best regards,

Best regards,
as i said thats not a option, they need place of work to be open and staffed at all times, if people dont turn up for work then that puts those who are there at risk cause they need to get home and rest and if they dont go home and rest which they cant do until next people on shift turn up it puts others at risk :(

i'll likely be okay driving through the towns, i drove through towns yesterday without a problem

How's everyone doing?
We had a rough episode mid afternoon but apart from that it's not been too bad.

So I managed to get to and from work, going carefully, a work colleague said the main road to get to and from work is okay so I went down there and it was okay if I stayed below 60. I stayed at somewhere between 50 and 55 and coming home from work everything was fine, few gusts of wind but not as bad as the morning.
