My psychiatrist unfortunately did not even bring up the possibility of switching to a different antidepressant when I saw him last Thursday. He increased the dose of trazadone and seroquel. And the seroquel he's only increasing temporarily, for one month and then go back down to 600 mg. I honestly don't know how he thinks this will help my insomnia. Feeling pretty low right now, and have no energy to do any tidying after being at work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. I'm exhausted.

Hi! I suggest you try aromatherapy and listening to music while being soothe by the aroma. Listen to good music and relax yourself. You may watch good or funny films as well.

You were born to be happy. What are the things or activities that will make you happy? So long as they won't do you any harm do them. Helping others will make you glad too. Enjoy your life. Fill your mind with positivity. Read good reads.

You can defeat depression. You are important and needed. So, choose to be happy.
