first webinar on Tuesday
they have given us a chart to fill in
to say what we had and when
and our mood at the time

then at the end a summary of how much exercise we did
the idea being to see if we can notice any patterns

I like the bit about the moods
I have discovered I feel things
that I didnt notice before

I feel already that it is healthy to note how Im feeling
three times a day or four

That is interesting. I think sometimes we block out feelings and do not really focus so it all blurs into one. I am glad you are finding the diary helpful.
