So forum folk, I am considered stable by my psychiatrist and I don't have to see him again for another 3 months. ;) This means that although I still have the odd hallucination and odd day of paranoia. I am nowhere near as bad as I have been in the past (being hospitalised for months on end). When I hit one year hospital free on March 1, I am thinking of doing something to celebrate.:dance::dance:

I used to have intrusive thoughts,
the intrusive thoughts went way way better on olanzapine 10 mg.
But I also suffer from severe cognitive symptoms and so far this hasn't been addressed.

Is it called Shloer? That juice for adults that replaces alcoholic wine. I drink juice in a wine glass and it feels the same. You could have 7UP and pretend :) Congratulations. Long may it continue.

Hey vanish,

That's amazing - congratulations! You've come so far through the recovery process, so really well done - you've smashed it! Here's to ever more months of stability! :D

Much love <3
