am really struggling at the moment. Quit the third job in as many months due to it. Anxious thought dominates probably 70-80% of my mental processing capacity at work. when the pressures on, more like 90%, makes me come across like an absolute idiot. I looked like such a numpty at my latest job I only stuck it for two days. feel like people are laughing at me or pittying me. I can never say what I want to say. I've dropped out of uni twice because of it, forget having friends, girlfriends. people in my family think I'm work shy and pathetic. I barely sleep a lot of the time. It's so massively frustrating because I actually have a lot to offer. life could be so good by now. but it's always there and doesn't seem to ever be going away. The years go on and on and life never progresses I just get ever more full of bitterness and regret.

This is unbelievably my story too! My Social Anxiety (which I never knew then) has made me an incompetent student in college. I'm afraid to go a class whenever I miss a single session. I always sit at the back of the class but this teacher would always call names for recitation and he always single me out to repeat everything I say because my voice is too low. It was a horrible feeling being laugh at and belittled. So I dropped out, I thought I could support my own and find a job. But I was wrong, I always end up with a job that requires me to interact with a lot of people. My first job only lasted for 2 months and my second job was only 1 month. I don't have the guts to file a resignation letter so I just became AWOL. I went back home and was depressed for over 4 years. Until I decided I don't wanna get old and die poor and sad. I wanna experience how to be in a relationship and have kids and help people. So I research on how to go about my situation and found out about Social Anxiety. I was shock to know that there are a lot of people that undergo the same thing, at least there are people who can relate on what I am going through. The changes I made is purely on how I process my thoughts everyday. I found self-help therapies online that made a lot of changes inside me.
