To me being in a relief is to have gone through my awareness and sound sanction of life, in which enlightenment can bring. , yet it is how we treat the illness.From all ways theer can be no uncertainsy in this day and age. Because most things are rapidally evolving. Clarity is crucial to survival, And not into preoocuupied zone. . To and from or any regard to finding any well state, because we suppress the symptoms with our passion to be great person. So to speak and to imply also....

There are things we all can do for health, and we already know these things. Actually doing them is a different matter.

I think, for me at least, just the fact of attempting to help myself - doing things that challenge my symptoms - utilizing mental techniques (CBT, mindfulness, letting go) - does give me a sense of well-being and a sense of self esteem that would not otherwise be there if I just chose to do very little for myself. So, although I'm not 'cured', so to speak, doing something - things that work for me - helps. I also take meds.

Alot of life is spent in cloud 9, or it is reserved in maintaining. So much of what we should be, is embracing joy.
