Let's just say there's this person who wants to have to be asleep as LITTLE as possible...if they used to caffeine pills, coffee, and ginseng, to try and stay awake as much as possible... what are the risks associated with that??
Are there any risks of becoming more...mentally unstable?

Sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture so I would say it would almost certainly result in more mental instability....not to mention impaired healing and all-round functioning.

not to mention the effects of caffeine on your health. Too much can really mess you up

Sleep is as necessary as air, water, and food.
