Does anybody else have sinus problems and have lightheaded feelings every day. And it only triggers my anxiety and makes me feel worse. How do I stop this. It’s ruining my life.

I get similar but not sinuses, well could be an allergy response, but I was born with Asthma, so I'm told, I suspect I developed asthma after I was born and spent 3 months on a respirator, then at 6 months had pneumonia. But the anxiety it creates when my chest gets tight, sounds very much like what you refer to. Often unreasonable and blind panic.

I get sinus problems, but have asthma and hay fever.
Have you been to your dr? As they are some good treatments and natural treatments.
Hope you feel better very soon.

What meds are you taking, if any, for your sinus problems?

I spend most my days feeling pressure on the top of my nose and unable to breathe effectively and I obsess over it until I hyperventilate then think I’m dying. It really takes control. Sorry it’s taking over your life you’re not alone.

Yes. Exactly. I literally take a million deep breathes a day because it’s doesn’t feel right.

I’ve had it a lot throughout my life and it seems to come and go depending on where I am in my life at the moment it’s taking over again I’ll be just doing everyday things and I feel like I can’t breathe right and get into a right state. Some days it feels like it all day long. Sometimes I wake up in the night with it and takes ages to get back to sleep. I guess what we should be doing is reminding ourselves it will pass and try take our minds of it but easier said than done I know. I’m on anti anxiety meds and they helped a lot but now seem to be doing nothing to stop my blind panic.

I have Flonase nose spray and Claritin
You're on Flonase, which is good stuff for sinus problems. If your sinus problems are related to seasonal allergies the Flonase and Claritin should work. You may want to try another med instead of Claritin. Claritin doesn't work the best for me but Fexofenadine/Allegra works great plus Flonase. If your sinus issues are year-round, then you may have Sinusitis which is an infection in the sinus system. If that's what is diagnosed by an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist, then you may have to have sinus surgery. I've had it twice. The surgery clears out any tissue that is narrowing or blocking your sinus passageways. Sinusitis blocks the mucus and causes an infection in those passageways. I need to say that the first line of defense for Sinusitis is taking antibiotics to see if that clears up the infection. If antibiotics don't work then surgery would be the next option. I suggest you go to a doctor. All the best to you.

Garlic can help clear out any sinus congestion. Hot peppers and horseradish/wasabi is also useful. The more peppers you use to make food spicier the better the effect it will have on your sinuses.

By the way, get on a Benzodiazapan (Benzo) like Klonopin, Valium, Xanax, Ativan, etc. These are great anti-anxiety meds to control your anxiety while you're finding out from a doctor what's really going on with your sinuses. I also suggest you look into an antidepressant that treats anxiety long-term. Talk to your doctor about this. Good luck!
