I watch an episode of Schitt's Creek every time I'm really feeling dark, and it's amazing what that does for my mood so quickly. If that's not your taste, any comedy you put in just to give your mind a break from feeling dark. Escape. And a good song (I SO recommend Feeling Good by Nina Simone!) can just give you a break. Not saying it solves all our problems, but we really need to just lighten up sometimes, esp these days. Good luck.

A little bird, a species which I'd never seen before, landed in the back yard and pecked around a little.. then the next day, it appeared again in the same spot.
Describe it, I'll hopefully be able to tell you what it was.

I am going to change my writing grammar after more than 50 years. I was taught in grade school to use a comma before "too" even when "too" came at the end of a sentence. This is no longer the case. Read the article below for details. Note: I must be anal-retentive.

Comma before too?

Hi Wishbone
It was small and brown. At first I thought it was a sparrow but I realised there was something different. I looked online and believe it was a Dunnock. I’d never seen or even heard of it before so it was a lovely surprise

A bobcat came up to me this morning while I was having my tea/smoke. Awesome, gorgeous. A bit scary, but they don't tend to hurt people unless threatened. Surreal to see up close :)

That’s incredible! I recently moved back to my hometown after 10 years away. It’s on the coast and I’ve been spotting seals in the sea on almost a daily basis. It’s amazing, I grew up here and never knew they were there! Not quite as cool as a bobcat, but still lovely to see

Ah yes. A little more Grey on it than a Sparrow, and I'll bet it was on it's own and on the ground too, that's usually how/where you see them. They've got a nice song too.

Exactly, it was shuffling around on the ground for a bit then flew away in a flash. I've seen it now and again since then too.. lovely

Came home last night and the kids were sitting watching a show while my wife got dinner ready. I picked up my 4 year old and put her in my lap and finished watching their show with them. Not my favorite kids show, but it was worth it to be able to cuddle my baby girl!
