anyone get this, I spend about 20 minutes in the shower in the morning
and on hot days I need to do that again in the evening
until I feel clean

it also takes me 3 hours to get ready in the morning
partly because I have ME as well as the MH stuff

at the same time my house is really dirty
because I never learned how to do the cleaning
so I'm very behind with it , especially the dusting

I feel like Howard Hughes ! x x x

I waste a lot of precious time washing cleaning, yes taking long showers until I feel perfectly clean. It makes me nervous if I am tired and I cant shower twice during the day.
I was a clean freak also, using only disinfectants to clean the house obssesivly, dezinfecting everything...but I think I'm feeling better since I changed medication.
How I clean the dust...
You need wet wipes, spray detergent for the dust and roll paper. Spray the detergent over the place, clean the dust with wet wipes and dry the place with roll paper.

thankyou thats very helpful
my place is also very cluttered
so I would not be able to spray everywhere
like there is electrical equipment like the phone and computer
or piles of books that you cant spray
so it would be easier to dust it if it were more tidy

In the places where you can not spray you can use a slightly moistened cloth or wet wipes. There are also dust capture cloths, if you want to use then instead.
Then, if you have also small objects (like frills), you can move them or put them in a cart, recipient, clean the place where they were and then put them back.
