Hey guys I have a trial shift in a jazz bar I'm unsure weather to go or not as I feel like
When I last spoke to my gp I told her and at the time I recognised it was paranoia so she let that sleep and currently nothing blaring music into my ears to drown out the thoughts but seems to be getting worse I believe my family are against meHave you spoken to anyone else about this? Do you suffer with paranoia a lot?
What helps you when you feel paranoid?
I am sleeping but very broken I'll wake up through the night to check who is outside the house then go back to sleep once I've proven to myself no new cars or Van's are in the streetSleep is really good for mental health. If you are not sleeping well you will begin to feel worse in my opinion and my experience.
Remember that they are just thoughts. They cannot hurt you. I get them all the time..intrusive thoughts and although they are distressing to me i know that i do not have to act on them and that they will go away with some distraction techniques.
