Severe chills?

I’ve just started Uni and so I’ve been pretty anxious for a while now. But on the first night I suffered some really odd chills and I want to know if anyone’s suffered anything similar. Basically I was freezing, but I didn’t have goosebumps or shivers. I put thick winter PJs on with socks, along with a hoodie, dressing gown, my duvet and a blanket and I was no warmer than I started off. That’s why I though it was more mental than physical. The next few nights have been fine. Worrying, I have woken up too hot.
This has happened to me before. Usually once annually and always when I’ve slept somewhere new for the first time.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has had chills during/ before/ after an anxiety attack.

Hi there,
I have GAD, HA and Panic Disorder. It's horrendous. I get all the same symptoms as you. I get the feeling like my blood goes cold.
My new ones just now are burning sensations on my skin and flashes of pain that comes across as nerve pain.
Have you ever had symptoms like this?

Yep, I had severe chills. Even on a hot summer day, I would be freezing. No matter how much I piled on, could not get warm. It was not a cold like being out on a cold day, where your extremities are cold - it was a cold deep inside. I hated it.
