separation/generalized anxiety tips and tricks

I've just been diagnosed with separation and generalized anxiety. I've had it for a few years but only just now seeing help which is how I found out about it. It's from a medical incident my boyfriend had where he randomly fainted and hit his head and got a concussion 3 years ago. Ever since then and especially in the past year, I'm scared and get anxious if he is not with me, if anyone mentioning anything about fainting, concussions, ambulances, tiles and ceramic (thats what he hit his head off of), anything associate with the event, I start panicking and sometimes crying. It's taken over my life, it's exhausting as you all know. I'm in need of tips and tricks. What works for your anxiety? I'm having a hard time finding adults with separation anxiety so I feel alone.

I think you might need to talk to a professional about that
so that they can ' hold your thoughts ' while you work them out

and / or it might help you
to read other peoples anxiety shares
and see if you can help with someone else sometimes works
I think its quite a big job to recover from a trauma

I've made some progress with mine
but its easily triggered
