Hi all,

I was advised to use a free online self-help course on depression, called MoodGym. It takes you through a series of exercises and information that is designed to act as a form of CBT. I've found it really helpful in my recovery process, so I thought I would share it with you all.

I like to get feedback on these sorts of things, because I often just brush off suggestions as being a bit of a fad and not much real help. So thank you. :)
