Hello. I'm 56 and am going through what I phrase as "situational depression", I'm not sure there's a proper term for it. It goes back to last October. It's nt the first time, but is is the first time in almost ten years, and I am currently on medication that I believe is starting to work after several changes.

I just lost my job over it, and will be asking advice for how to get another job going forward. Thanks.
