If you take daily meds in the evening that more or less knock you out, when would you take them if you were on a late night out? I've got a hen party to go on in a couple of weeks and we won't get back til 3am just take it when I get in and sleep in late is what I'm thinking?
Hi. If I expect I'll be drinking a substantial amount of alcohol at the gathering, I'll wait to take sedatives until at least 2.5 hours after my last drink. I'll bring them with me or wait until I get home.
I'd take them when I got in. but mixing them with alcohol would be a worry.
But then I go do lally on a small glass of Baileys.
Drink loads of water when you get in so that you don't dehydrate.
Definitely sleep in late next morning, and make sure that others are minding the kids and so on so you don't have to get up.
And have fun!
