I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. But because I am depressed they want to change my diagnosis to schizo affected disorder. Why can't they understand that I am depressed because of my schizophrenia. I am so miserable with hearing 1000 times a day how evil and ugly and dangerous I am. This is why I am depressed. I don't need another diagnosis telling me what label I have. We can be depressed with the constant shite we listen to.

I am weak at the moment and listening to cmht is really not helping.

I just want to scream

I was diagnosed with severe depression as a reaction to my schizophrenia diagnosis so being diagnosed with one illness gave me a nother, go figure.

I think mine was the other way round recently
I had some circumstances that I couldn't cope with
that made me depressed, which triggered the psychosis

resulting in some sort of fybromyalgia like thing

whatever it is, the doctors dont listen enough
and I know this because I always need my advocate with me
when I go to see the psychiatrist

I've been depressed since October last year.
Part of my schizo-affetive disorder I suppose.
Just wish it would go away.
