"scared" of my emotions

im"scared" of my own emotions, and block them to protect against a depression or a psychosis ,being a highly sensertive person is a nightmare,any tips on containing crying, anger etc ...because i had medication to control things im finding it difficult to contain feelings , blushing is my main fear...
may be i sould go back on medication ...its been 2 years with out any...

I think you have to have some form of release for your emotions, for if like me, you may find that they overpower you in the end.
Personally I find writing helps me a great deal, I have almost returned back to the person I used to be, purely for when I get any form of emotion thats starts to build up I write about it. Usually most of what I write gets destroyed but that is another purely personal coping stratergy - yu will have to learn what yours would be.
It doesn't cost much and i can be very theraputic.
