I'm so sorry you're going through this right now. Sometimes it's not helpful to be told that things are going to be okay, because, in your present state of mind, you struggle to see a positive future.
Maybe something that might help you, in that case, is to focus on each day as it comes, and work towards making each day, each hour, each moment something that you can enjoy. As I understand it, that's how mindfulness works; have you ever looked into it?
