Just thought I'd share a few things I enjoy which help me to feel good, improve my mood and control my anxiety. Running is a great exercise and helps you to feel good about yourself and is excellent for your mental health. Its a good way of releasing any stress and anger out in a positive way. Good music also puts me in a positive mood :)
Anyone else find this helps them and they enjoy this sport for their wellbeing?

I think I could manage a short jog at the gym. Not bothered about running on the streets.

/sorry I don't mean to be rude. My brother is a street runner - so I can't do the same...

Any exercise really is good. I do enjoy running on the streets often but its not easy with the weather this time of year so do use the gym myself now and again.
